When uploading a WAR file via scp:// on wagon-maven plugin combined with
{{wagon-ssh:2.6}} extension seems to ignore the {{privateKey}} setting from
Maven {{settings.xml}} (the {{server}} section). The SCP server ignores the
certificate and asks for user password to the SCP account.
This does not happen with wagon-ssh:2.5
