still seen in 3.0.4/1.4.0.20130531-2315) eclipse plugin for Kepler.
use case: use a profile to setup the server in initialize phase
the dependency plugin tied to initialize is NOT executed before the following
antrun plugin trying to access the files.
very annoying!
