Yes, that jar goes together with those docs, or at least they should.
There once was a Doxia Tools bundle, prior to the restructuring I mentioned. It
seems that the docs have not been updated accordingly (or in the case of
doxia-converter it might be that there hasn't been a release after the
restructuring).
Either way the downloads page needs changes to make it clear that Doxia Tools
is an umbrella and that its subparts should be downloaded individually. Thanks
for explaining.
