I have the same comment as well. I'd like to use this feature but the build
performance cost is high. In my case, I'm only using it to include 2 of my
additional libraries but it still tries to access the javadoc-resources of
every dependency of my project. At a minimum it should only look for those
javadoc-resources that will be included.
