I duplicated the one line in cvspass to include the local host name "domain" as 
well as fql "domain.tld"  which is allowing both the status and commit commands 
to authorize (user has local domani in pom, not sure why the FQL: is being used)

But now I get an error about sticky dates, and the internet has a whole bunch 
of random ideas, but jenkins reports a fix that had to due with module names 
vs. root.

I am using bamboo though, so this issue may or may not be related to maven 
release, and may be an isue with bamboo checkout.
