Right, your patch would only move the problem from Surefire to Failsafe. I
guess the way to go would be to make the getter and setter for the {{includes}}
property {{abstract}} and move the attribute to {{SurefireMojo}} and
{{IntegrationTestMojo}}, with the correct documentation and the implementation
of the getters and setters. That should do it.
