Packaging (which invokes assembly:single) with the attached descriptor results
in resources/*.txt being sometimes filtered and sometimes not.
The probability of filtering being applied or not seems depend on the previous
state.
It is unclear whether *.txt should be filtered, but at least undeterministic
filtering behavior is problematic.
