Mihai Danila created MNG-5425:
---------------------------------
Summary: Purge Resource from Local Cache if Missing from Repository
Key: MNG-5425
URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-5425
Project: Maven 2 & 3
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Mihai Danila
When Nexus purges artifacts, Maven's cache update check notices the missing
artifact. However, if Maven has the missing version in its local cache, it logs
the event as an info message and continues on with the build.
Consider including a setting to honor Nexus over the local cache and deciding
to fail the build.
