The description of
[providerImplementations|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-release-plugin/prepare-mojo.html#providerImplementations]
is only useful for (very) experienced users.
Current description: {noformat}Add a new or overwrite the default
implementation per provider. The key is the scm prefix and the value is the
role hint of the ScmProvider.{noformat}
There should be a page which either explains how to get this kind of
information. Maybe even better is to refer to the SCM-project, when there's a
list of role-hints for all the providers.
