It may be that I'm overlooking something so please point out obvious
drawbacks/errors. However; would it not be desirable to:
- IF the project version is a -SNAPSHOT version also resolve dependency ranges
to -SNAPSHOT versions
- otherwise ( project is a release version) do not.

may be (very?) undesireable
