Given the similar SCM-334 has been closed, can this issue also be closed?
Put another way, given the error is in the SCM 1.3 code, has it since been
fixed (in 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7-SNAPSHOT)?
@Olivier If this is a command line parsing issue, I'd not expect to see it in
any native implementation (as they do not shell out to a command line to
execute a native app).
