Added_skip_option_copy-dependency-and_unpack_dependency.patch
hi, here is a little patch that contains the skip parameter for
unpack-dependency.
I put the code into the abstract class {{AbstractFromDependenciesMojo}} so
in the same patch I added also the skip parameter for copy-dependency.
The patch contains also two unit tests.
