In maven-parent we define a couple of extra <body>/<head>/<script> elements in
the site.xml file, to insert Google Analytics into the generated site. Maven
Site Plugin has built-in support for Google Analytics nowadays, so we should
use that instead. In order for that to work we need to add GA-support in Maven
Stylus Skin, similar to what is in Maven Fluido Skin.
