My use case is, when a perform is done, I want to make an API call on our
Continuous Deployment system (Jenkins) that triggers a build that will deploy
the artifact to our staging system. In order to do that, I need to know the
SCM tag to pass to Jenkins to tell it to build. Hence it would be helpful if
this could be passed to the release:perform stage as a system property.
