In my pom, I list a war as a dependency and offer no configuration of
<overlay>. The META-INF of the overlay war turns up:
./r4dws-service/target/war/work/com.basistech/web-service-jquery-ui/META-INF/maven/com.basistech/web-service-jquery-ui/pom.xml
which is contrary to the documentation.
