When I declare {{width}} and {{height}} in {{bannerLeft}} or {{bannerRight}} I
would expect these values to be picked up.
I attach a patch against:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/skins/trunk/maven-fluido-skin revision
1210036 which includes these as attributes of the banner image tag.
