See comment in MINDEXER-36 about {{Bundle-Classpath}} vs.
{{JarFileContentsIndexCreator}}. Filing separately in case it turns out to be
significant. Have not yet run any queries to see how many bundles in Maven
Central are using this header; my understanding is that it would normally be
used for wrapping third-party JARs in a bundle.
