* upgraded plugins and dependencies to the respective newest versions in
maven-parent-19.
* maven-parent got upgraded from 16 to 19
* plexus-maven-plugin got upgraded to the latest version and necessary changes
got implemented
* old avalon parts got dropped
* using Apache MINA ftpserver for wagon-ftp unit tests now
* drop explicit (and inconsistent) versioning in the submodule poms and use
dependencyManagement
