Summary: Incorrect and confusing documentation of site
directories (was: Incorrect and confusing site:stage goal documentation)
As of version 2.3 (3.0-beta-4) the site:stage goal does not use these
parameters anymore, see MSITE-533. The above comments still apply to the
site:site goal, so I changed the title.
