Sometimes it would be useful to display all the variables that are set in the
context of a VM template.
The suggestion is to optionally add the context to itself.
For example, if the following property is defined:
-Dvelocity.context.variable=ctx
then define the variable "ctx" to contain the current context pointer.
It would be best if this were available as a command-line option (as well as a
config option).
