Can't submit issue with Mylan JIRA connector

Couldn't find a generic project to submit to so I'm using the one I was trying
to
submit the bug for.
When I tried to submit a JIRA issue with Mylans JIRA connector I get:
Submit failed: Unexpected result code 404 while running query
