Your report doesn't include the actual failure log, so there is nothing to
investigate. As a blind guess, your build might fail to resolve the
flexmojos-maven-plugin which is expected as your POM snippet doesn't specify
the required {{<pluginRepository>}} (cf. MNG-4191).
