You can also create your own velocity template if you want to change the layout
or content, but the default announcement.vm file produced by "mvn
changes:announcement-generate" is pretty good as is.
What you cannot change currently is the output file name (same as template
name) or directory (target/announcement).
Just rename the file and move it somewhere suitable.
