The Sonar plugin is nice but it's even better if we can add a qualityManagement
goal similar to the ci and issueTracking. In fact, in my opinion, it's a part
of the project model and it's tools independent.
If I am not mistaken, the sonar team create this plugin because this
qualityManagement goal didn't exist.
