support other filenames than pom.xml like the main plugins can

To use copy-dependencies, the pom file currently has to be called pom.xml. The
main plugins like install and deploy support a "pomFile" parameter so that you
can specify the pom file on the command line. It would be good if the
Dependency plugin goals did the same.
