Improve Documentation of Doxia Converter

Since Doxia Converter is a standalone tool,
it would be a nice improvement to find download link on the documentation page:
http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-tools/doxia-converter/index.html
or to
http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-tools/doxia-converter/usage.html
Separate link to the latest developing version and link to the latest stable
might be useful, too.
Can I use the converter through adding custom goals to a project's POM?
(The non-standalone usage).
If this is possible, usage page should show how to.
