Based on the "Bundle URL" field above (and the redundant "Project URL" field
below), it look slike this ticket type is designed for manual upload requests,
but I have followed the instructions for setting up automatic syncing and
followed the link from that section. The specs are in the attached CSV file.
Notice that the source repos is on the hsqldb.org site. I am an admin for
hsqldb.org and have set up the access.
The expected source directory level is a little ambiguous in the docs. My best
guess is that "releases" should reside at the top level inside the URL that I
supplied, so that is how I set it up.
