My maven application is unable to read the file below from repo1.maven.org. Some of the bytes are received, but the system then hangs. The same thing happens when I attempt to access the file via a web-browser. Note that other files can be read successfully. I first noticed the problem approx. 12 hours ago, and it is still persisting.
