Currently, it's possible to define the version in the cli : -Dannounce.version.
This means we can send an announce mail only for the current version of the pom.
My use case is :
* I release my project
* I send the announce email (at this stage the version is the next dev one)
* here I can send the email from the released version except if checkout the
tagged version or change manually the pom.
