Following on from http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEV-523 , the is a newer
version of Prefuse for the repo :

The zip there contains the project ready to build.
'ant all' makes a jar and a source jar.
'ant api' makes Javadoc in doc/
Java 1.4 is the minimum level for Prefuse, so watch out when building.
