As much as i hate having to fork the lifecycle, with site:stage, there is no
way to generate other artifacts. In my use case, i'm using assembly to generate
a zip file (in the enforcer-api project) at pre-site, which works fine if i mvn
site or mvn site-deploy, but doesn't get created when you do a site:stage.
