Sample project that demonstrates the problem. Use {{mvn clean source:jar
deploy}} or {{mvn -Passembly clean deploy}} to deploy main and attached
artifacts to file:target/repository. This works using maven 2.0.9 but fails
with maven 3.0-SNAPSHOT (as of svn rev 688946, to be precise).
