Thanks John!
I only had to adjust some code in SiteRendererSink (see DOXIA-152) so that
anchors are not constructed from names if an id is given. This is mainly to
avoid the possibility of having duplicate id's, and also it's perfectly
compatible with the behavior in m1 now.
