see the branch for MNG-3652 - this should be merged with trunk once it is able
to use maven-artifact 3.0-alpha-2-SNAPSHOT.
the integration test should then be re-enabled - however it will be dependant
on Maven supporting webdav wagons again (see related issue for 2.1-alpha-1)
