Just verified that the MD5 checksum file found when browsing to
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/batik/batik-1.5-fop/0.20-5/batik-1.5-fop-0.20-5.jar.md5
looks like a valid MD5 digest. It seems that the problem has been fixed.
Reopen with more detail if this issue is not corrected.
