Resolution: Fixed
Fixed for 1.1.1, though the POM for 1.1 is still missing. I didn't put the
converted POM into 1.1 because I was concerned that it would change the way 1.1
is used in projects today (since maven stubs out a missing POM for a
dependency, which means the dependencies for 1.1 as discovered by maven would
change if I fixed the pom).
Also, fixed the metadata at the artifactId level.
