The most recent version of maven-antrun-plugin (1.1) has a hard dependency on
ant v1.6.5.
A version of maven-antrun-plugin needs to be released depending on ant v1.7.0,
so that ant v1.7.0 features are available to maven users.
This issue has been raised before (MNG-3083), though no clear reason was given
for marking this as "wont fix".
