I maintain Enunciate (http://enunciate.codehaus.org), which has an explicit
dependency on Adobe's BlazeDS. I therefore regularly use the BlazeDS jars and
will frequently require an update to said jars. Since Adobe does not provide a
repository to sync from, I would like to take the responsibility of being the
"unofficial maintainer" of the project in the m2 repo according to the "Guide
to uploading artifacts to the Central Repository".
