Uses plexus-utils `PathTool.getRelativeFilePath` in `SiteDescriptorAttachMojo`, which the plugin already depends on and uses in `ReportDocumentRenderer`. The `logging` package of maven-shared-utils is still used, so the dependency stays until the Maven floor is 3.10. The two implementations are identical except for paths on different Windows drives, where plexus-utils returns `null` instead of `""`; the log message keeps the empty string.
