Follows #1785 on two pages it did not cover.
**POM reference (`pom.md`):**
* The Super POM snippet is now the one Maven 3.10.0 ships. It adds UTF-8
encodings and a fixed `project.build.outputTimestamp`, takes the central URL
from `${maven.repo.central}`, and drops the plugin versions and
`release-profile` of 3.9.x; a note under the heading says so. The snippet was
labelled 3.9.12 but matched 3.9.16.
* Plugin samples use current releases: maven-jar-plugin 3.5.1,
maven-antrun-plugin 3.2.0, wagon-ftp 3.5.3 and
maven-project-info-reports-plugin 3.9.0, instead of versions from 2006 to 2015.
* The antrun sample uses `<target>`, since antrun 3 dropped `<tasks>`. It
also loses a backslash that the live page prints in front of
`${project.build.directory}`.
**Manifest guide:** the sample dependencies are commons-lang3 3.21.0 and
plexus-utils 4.1.0 instead of commons-lang 2.1 and plexus-utils 1.1, and the
five `Class-Path` outputs were regenerated with maven-jar-plugin 3.5.1.
Verified: antrun and wagon-ftp samples → BUILD SUCCESS on Maven 3.9.0 and
3.10.0; `-Dmaven.repo.central=…` overrides the central URL in
`help:effective-pom` on 3.10.0; every `Class-Path` output generated by `mvn
package` on 3.10.0.
