The getting-started guide generates its project with quickstart archetype
1.5, which writes a JUnit Jupiter test, but its later POM samples still
declared JUnit 4.11 and its sample output came from surefire 2.22.1 and
compiler 3.8.0. The seven POM samples now declare
`org.junit.jupiter:junit-jupiter` 5.11.0, the version the archetype uses, with
an explicit version so the text about the four elements of a dependency still
holds. The `mvn compile`, `mvn test` and `mvn install` samples are the real
output of that project on Maven 3.10.0 (surefire 3.3.0 on the JUnit Platform,
as the archetype pins it).

The same change in the POM reference's dependency example and its
`dependencyManagement` sentence, in the JSR-330 plugin example (JUnit 3.8.1),
and in the mixins guide (5.9.2). The `junit:junit` mentions that explain
coordinates and versions in the POM reference stay, as they are about history,
not tests.

Verified: the guide's dependencies POM with the generated `AppTest` → `mvn
test` on 3.10.0 runs it on the JUnit Platform and passes; `mvn site` with
Fluido 2.1.0 → 300 pages, no URL or content anchor lost.
