This change adds a test for dependency management entries that declare exclusions without specifying a version. When an imported BOM provides the dependency version, this test ensures that the version is inherited correctly while the locally declared scope and exclusions are preserved. The tests run successfully in DefaultDependencyManagementImporterTest and DefaultModelBuilderTest.
