Applies the native-image build recommendations that fit the mvnd client: - drops `--no-fallback`, which GraalVM 25 reports as deprecated with no effect; - adds `--future-defaults=all`, so the native ITs run against the defaults later GraalVM releases switch to; - adds `--emit build-report` and uploads the HTML report per platform as `native-image-build-report-<os>-<arch>`. It does not bake a max heap: the client uses `-H:-ParseRuntimeOptions`, so a limit would have to be fixed at build time, and a 16 MB trial client hung `ExtensionWithApiNativeIT`, which is being investigated separately. PGO, G1 and quick-build mode are left out as unsuited to a short-lived client's release binary.
