The project key was renamed in ATR from `maven-doxia-site-tools` to
`maven-doxia-sitetools`
(apache/tooling-trusted-releases#1732).
Because `.asf.yaml` still used the old key, the first push after the rename
created a new, empty
`maven-doxia-site-tools` project in ATR, and the sync has written to it
since then. The renamed
`maven-doxia-sitetools` project, which holds all the releases, has not been
updated since 2026-10-18.
- `.asf.yaml`: `key` and the ATR link use `maven-doxia-sitetools`
- `pom.xml`: the `atr-maven-plugin` `<project>` override uses
`maven-doxia-sitetools`
(the root artifactId is `doxia-sitetools`, so the override stays)
Once this is merged, the duplicate `maven-doxia-site-tools` project will be
removed from ATR.
