Scoped down in 49979b0 to just the bug fix: `LifecycleDependencyResolver` dispatching the result in the success and failure paths, plus `LifecycleDependencyResolverEventsTest`. Dropped `DependencyResolutionEvent`/`DependencyResolutionEventType`/`DependencyResolutionListener`, `DefaultDependencyResolutionEvent`, the `EventSpyImpl` forwarding and its tests entirely, deferring that to #13646. Verified against current master: `mvn -pl impl/maven-core test` — 757 tests, 0 failures — and `spotless:check` clean. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
