I've moved the project jar to the front of the list of artifacts. Thus, that
should allow the project artifacts to always "win". Also, the transformers
will know that the first time they are called, it's the project artifact.
I've removed the code that was put in place for MSHADE-16 since it is now not
needed as the MANIFEST from the project jar will win. That SHOULD also allow
writing a Manifest transformer.
