The `license-declaration` CI check is failing because of a typo in the PR description. The description currently reads: ``` - [x] I hereby declare this contribution to be licenced under the [Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) ``` The check requires the exact text **"licensed"** (not "licenced").
