Addressed the review in ff23a0c674.\n\n- Added the default-on \maven.plugin.nonThreadSafeSerializer\ switch; \ alse\ restores the previous non-serializing behavior.\n- Replaced monitor synchronization with a per-implementation \ReentrantLock\ and emit a warning only when \ ryLock()\ detects contention. The warning describes the parallelism impact and the \@threadSafe\ / opt-out paths.\n- Added Core IT coverage for the contention warning and the opt-out, and documented the property.\n\nValidation: built the source distribution with \-pl apache-maven -am -DskipTests install\; \MavenITmng7525NonThreadSafeMojoTest\ passed (2 tests, 0 failures). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
