Prior to this change, the `annotationProcessorPathsUseDepMgmt` documentation was ambiguous about what the flag controls (see the exchange at https://github.com/junit-team/junit-framework/pull/6135#discussion_r4230060128). Since 3.12.0 (#180), a path in `annotationProcessorPaths` that omits `<version>` always takes it from `<dependencyManagement>`, regardless of the flag value.
