   ### Affected version

   3.28.0

   ### Bug description

I am a developer on the Apache NIFI project. We are currently using the
Maven PMD plugin with PMD 7.28.0. Throughout our build we see the following
message repeatedly:

   `[WARNING] Adding current platform
/usr/lib/jvm/java-21-openjdk-21.0.12.1.1-1.1.el8.x86_64/lib/jrt-fs.jar to
auxClasspath, which could be the wrong java version. Please add the correct
jrt-fs.jar explicitly to the auxClasspath. See
https://docs.pmd-code.org/latest/pmd_languages_java.html#providing-the-auxiliary-classpath
Set env var PMD_JAVA_DISABLE_AUX_CLASSPATH_WARNINGS=true to disable this
warning.`

It would be nice if the environment variable
`PMD_JAVA_DISABLE_AUX_CLASSPATH_WARNINGS` could be set pro-grammatically so
users checking out the code and building do not have to worry about setting
environment variables but that does not seem viable at this time.
